~In Search of the Tanager~

Today I decided to take things easy. I got up and sat on the deck and read for awhile. 
Met up with Kathy later for a visit and then hit Tanager trail looking for him. The only bird I saw was a Robin. Maybe next time, fingers crossed.
This evening Mike and I met up with John ,Susan, Jansen and the kids for dinner. Today is Jansens 50th birthday and he and his twins were here from Calgary to celebrate. A good time and a delicious meal.
