The street we back on to has very posh Victorian three / four storey town houses. Lord Muck considers that popping their skip outside the three bed semis on the street behind should not inconvenience the ever so ‘umble hoi polloi too much.

I am considering leaving my car slap bang in the centre of my parking bay (that costs £50 a year) to annoy him.
