Final day on board - Cartagena

I have mixed feelings about today being out last day - it’s been a great cruise and we have met some lovely people but if I’m honest I am glad we are going home tomorrow (even if we do have to get up very early for the transfer to the airport!)

Arrived in Cartagena as we were finishing breakfast and after packing most of the last items ready for our cases to be taken off ship tomorrow morning in Palms, we headed into town. Shuttle bus was quick and efficient and we spent a happyfew hours wandering round the old town. Stopped for some churros mid morning and a last few tapas before finding the Roman amphitheater. Back to the ship for a last hour in the sun and about to go and get organised for last night. Mr PHL and his ukelele group are performing twice - once in the talent show and on their own later in the evening. Should be an interesting night.

The blip is one I snapped between two apartment blocks of the hills right at the edge of the city.
