Let there be light

Almost finished work for holiday. Woo Hoo. The shutter guy had been and still not managed to get the shutters to close properly. None of the catches close and its still sticking in places on the window sill. Looks like this is going to be another fiasco like the radiators. Had to replace the light under the stairs as the one I gave the painter as a 12v version and it didn’t come with a transformer. Luckily I had a 240v one I hadn’t taken back to the shop. Painter fixed the door so we now have a cupboard under the stairs at last. Finished off the packing and got Kilda’s stuff ready for tomorrow. FM and RD came up as they are going to pop into the house to keep an eye on things. Had a late night in the pub catching up with them.
