The Hen House

Over the Christmas week I got asked to look after my friends chickens. He couldn't fit seven hens, one cockerel and four chicks into the car.
Last night I did lights out in the simple task of shutting their door. This morning was opening up and feeding. Not as simple as it sounds . I gave them ewe feed as it was the only thing around with the word feed on it. After finding the proper food I emptied out the feeder and re filled .
I'm sure ill get to know them over the next few days.
Oh and how many eggs.... 1. :)
