Nostalgia

I had an interesting phone call today regarding a complaint about a gas pipe. I was patronised by the customer services person who talked "business speak" to me. He'd only that day "had visibility" of my issues and wanted to "upscale" my problem to get better "traction". In his view, that's it sorted then! My view... Well I like this view better!
Sometimes I long for the good old days of handwritten letters delivered by snail mail.
Nostalgia, however, isn't what it is used to be!
