and boy did I get a bit on my 2 hour walk. I got soaked at least 3 times. I was really pleased with my pace but as I didn’t cool down properly then rushed up and down stairs getting my tutoring stuff together I eventually twisted my knee...and it really really hurts. a gentle swim has eased it. Fingers crossed I’m not out of the walk on 19th!!!!!
