By the Brook.
Another dull rainy day. Walked the dogs before we headed up to Manchester for the weekend. We are lucky to have two large fields at the back of us. The farmer is happy for dog walkers to run their dogs when his sheep aren't there, which is most of the year. There are various entrances and today we walked back through a path we don't normally take. The reason we don't use it is, my dogs hate water! Hate getting their feet wet. The local dog walkers have built a makeshift bridge in the form of a piece of plywood laid across it. The extra is Ali contemplating risking getting her feet wet crossing it!
The main photo is the end of the garden that runs alongside the brook, I was impressed at how beautiful it is, especially as the most benefit goes to walkers on the other side of their garden! It looks so exotic and not like the end of an ex council house in rainy Buckinghamshire.
After I loaded the ‘extra’ I noticed the dogs face mirror imaging Ali in the mud on the bank! Can anyone else see it, or is it just me?
