The rooster sit on an old spinning and weaving factory. The factory was called Rooster (on Swedish Tuppen) because the owners had been to England to buy machines and seen cockfighting. They thought that the roosters were considered to have the fighting spirit and toughness required of a newly started company. Imagine, naming a company after such a cruel and bloody sport!
