Snake grass

The dogs and I had a bit of a fright today when Bella nearly got bitten by a fat four foot common brown snake lying in the grass next to the path. One of the deadliest snakes there is. Quite a lot of dogs die from brown snake bites every summer in Canberra. No more walks there until autumn!
