Today's the day …………………………. to watch the birdie

So lovely to have good friends Bob and Helen to stay overnight while they're in the area.

And very exciting to have a real photographer in the house, with several books to her name, all full of fantastic pictures.  Helen was quite excited herself actually - because she had just bought a new lens and she was keen to give it a try.  So somewhere in her camera, there's going to be a photo of my rockery cockerel, a birthday present from Rob and Anna.

Helen will make him look magnificent ……………………..
