Sophie & Some More Water

It was far too rainy and windy to venture to the outdoor pool this morning so instead we took Sophie to the soft play centre at Wells, followed by lunch at Wetherspoon's, which is conveniently next door. We weren't the only families from the play centre to have decamped there.

When we got back, Sophie decided she still needed her water fix so thought she'd "help" Grandma by doing some "washing up".

You may notice she's standing on a dining room chair; I didn't and when I sat down on it later I noticed a certain dampness in the trouser department after a while, which was somewhat alarming for a man of my age! Fortunately, it was just a tesult of Sophie making a splash (or two) again :)
