War Memorial

We're on the way home, and booked an overnight stay at a little hotel just off the motorway, in Germany.  Once parked and settled, we walked down to the village for dinner.  

We noticed the War Memorial on the way back.  Interestingly, in the UK there are usually more names for the 14-18 war than the 39-45.  In Hellwege, this seems to be reversed.  Whichever side you are on, war is such a terrible waste of life.
