Time to move forward!

It hasn't been a particularly good day but we haven't had as much rain as forecast. 

It's been a few years since L and I took out an annual membership for Edinburgh Zoo so we decided to have one for this year.

Being such a dull day we decided to concentrate on the birds, particularly the penguins which are my favourites. It was very noisy at penguin rock ..... breeding season for the Gentoos and Northern Rockhoppers ...... all the pebbly nests were occupied awaiting the big event!
