Lettuce

I sowed the seeds about 10 days ago. When they started to appear I put out a few home made cloches to protect a few from frost and slugs. It's also interesting to see the difference in size of the protected plants.

So far so good. The lettuce is racing ahead however, the rocket is a little slower.

(I have felt it so cold today I had to put the heating on around lunchtime!)
