Pano Elounda

Today we went up to the upper part of Elounda which is a traditional village. We were sorry we didn't know about it earlier as it was the sort of environment we were hoping to have for outdoor painting, but great that one of our group found it on a walk yesterday.
There was wonderful colour in the old doors and stone walls.
It was a lovely sunny morning but cold and dull in the afternoon so some of us enjoyed a walk back down to the coast.
