German Market

I don't know why I do it to myself at this time of year, but I needed another trip into the centre of town today as I'd seriously underestimated how many good coffee beans I had left. To make it worse, when I got to Wellingtons, they were out of Red Brick.

They had some Sweetshop, but the roast date was a few days back. That meant a traipse up to Brewlab (a top tip if you happen to read this Kirky) to see what they had. I tried a flat white of one recommendation which was nice, not as sweet as Red Brick, but nice, but again the roast date wasn't great. Fortunately they had some Has Bean stuff which was roasted the day before yesterday. The specific blend was "Brazil Faznda Cachoeira do Grama Bourbon Pulped Natural", which kind of rolls off the tongue. I might report tomorrow on what it was like.

I did get a chance to pop to the German market for some photos, but it was a bit dark so a lot of them weren't great. I loved the matching jumpers and surplus of Nutella in this one though.
