Scene of the crime

Forgot to take a photo at lunch or quiz so another emergency blip.

In our stairway there are flat sections where you can attach your bike to the railings if you wish. M did this a few years back but some  bike theives got in and cut the railing. M got his bike back quickly but the railing hasn't been repaired since.
