Walked over to bruntsfield but not much open as BH Monday.
Coffee and bacon roll in Kilimanjaro, back to flat to pick up phone and then over to Odeon to watch Wild Rose. Good ( though not brilliant) . Julie Walters was excellent as usual
Over to George Square for Gifford Lecture- Mary Beard . Interesting lecture about gladiatorial combat and audience views of it. Delicious meal in Tanjore- much prefer this sort of Indian meal to the usual stuff- and then back to the flat to watch nonsense TV (sort of)
