Camera Club Trip to the Skateboard/Scooter Rink

Tonight our camera club went to the skateboard rink in the Exhibition Park here in Newcastle to capture some action shots. The lads who were there were amazing with their acrobatics - they seemed to spend more time off the ground than on it. And they were happy to be photographed.

Since getting home I've had a busy time, as on rapid fire I took 2,000 shots(!). So I've just done a bit of quick processing on this one and the extra for today's blip.

The lad in the extra on the skateboard was able to jump right across the gap, clean off his skateboard, and yet he landed on it at the other side. Great skill and talent.
