A mix of the .....

..... day.
The top pic is of the beautiful tree outside the club which I took as I left at 9.40am . My usual exercise and swim of 50 minutes , exhausting but it has to be done , so, I do my best.
Home to wash the towels plus a few bits too and these are all dry and smell very fresh being dried in the fresh air.
Then I did a shop at 4pm hoping to catch- up with the school friend of C's but again I've missed her.
The bottom pic's are the view from the bedroom window at 8.30pm of the setting sun. I just had to add them it looked so beautiful.

Appreciate ..... the beauty of the world even tho' at the moment it seems to be in turmoil .
