Brigsteer

A 5km circle from the Wheatsheaf in Brigsteer, up  to Helsington church, back down to Brigsteer Park and past the  bird hide we visited in November when I was on crutches and N & M were very very patient. A good demonstration that I have improved enormously because today's walk included 175m of climb,  I have swapped two crutches for 2 walking poles and was not the slowest walker today
Back to the excellent Wheatsheaf for lunch.
