My thoughts entirely.

I had a very busy morning, changed the bed, did lot's of cleaning etc etc. After having a coffee sitting in the garden, I went to town, to pick up our prescriptions. and have a mooch around. I saw this sign, and I wish now I had bought it, although I didn't even look at the price.I have often thought the same thing though, exercise is hard work.  Our prescriptions weren't ready, so I will phone before I go next time.
