Blackcap

I was up at stupid o'clock this morning due to Tinker thinking it was a great time to get up. On the plus side I spotted this Blackcap singing his heart out.
I'm due to get a steroid injection in my shoulder this afternoon. I really hope it works. I'm fed up of not being able to move my arm properly without pain. Please keep your fingers crossed for me.
