Today was the day...

I had a post Line of Duty lie in.
A and I went out to run 10km (3 weeks until the marathon relay), misjudged the route a little and ran 12.4km.
We saw a parrot in Prestonpans.
We went out for tea.

Sometimes when you stand at my front door you can hear the sea.
