Face to face

For some reason, my School presently has both of the busts of our late and much missed colleague Neil MacCormick. They are residing, facing each other, in the entrance hall. At least Neil won't lack for good company, as Neil can always be relied upon to tell a joke or relate a funny story....

Mainly working at home today (and a swim for the first time in ages), and then up to the office with Mr A tagging along to go to Mary Beard's lecture on Gladiators. I'm chairing tomorrow's lecture, so thought it was a good idea to go along as it's ages since I've chaired a Gifford Lecture. Remind myself etc. Caught up with some colleagues at the reception afterwards, before back here on the bus.
