Reeds

The overcast skies had lots of texture in, so I thought that Wicken Fen would be worth a visit. It's a beautiful place, but challenging for landscapes: lots of reeds, lots of (audible only) bird life and lots of other visitors.  The lesser spotted high-viz-jacket and dog-walker were very much in evidence.

So although I did get a few pleasing landscape shots (see extras) I found that the details were far more appealing...
