Bouncing across the Fens!

Grunty Fen Road, near Ely - great name!

Didn’t travel far today, just bounced back and forth across the Fens, collecting and returning the HY van from its storage so we could sort a few bits and pieces, in preparation for a possible road trip later this year. In extras, one of the many drainage ditches that crisscross the region, and make the Fens what they are.

Another cold grey day of 10 degrees. Hard to believe that this time last year I got sunburnt and went paddling in the North Sea!
