... taken the kids along on the Free Walking Tour of town, on the basis that anything was better than shopping!

Then it suddenly started to pour with rain. Of course the kids had umbrellas with them - but he hadn't even got a hood.

Also spotted the lady in the extra, well prepared, with more brollies than most people.

All this on the early-May Bank Holiday Monday.
