Everyone seems to want to see leopards and lions, though Victor knows that when he only has Alison and me to drive around, we are most excited by the huge variety of bird life. 

Today he heard from another guide that a leopard had been spotted in a distant region  of the park, so we sped up there, ignoring the birds. The first clue was half of an bloody impala carcass hanging in a tree. It didn't take long to find the leopard in the grass nearby, digesting his meal.
