Shattered - back blip

After breakfast a  leisurely walk along the prom and then a taxi into Funchal  We sorted out where our seating was and then just watched the various goings on.  
The flower parade was fantastic and they danced and sang for about a mile and a half - it was not too hot and a lovely atmosphere.  The parade started at 16.00 and reached us about 16.20 and ended where we were about 19.30.  We walked back to the hotel weary but happy.  - Dinner a drink and then bed.  MY blip shows this little one being carried  fast asleep.  There were lots ot tinies in the parade and they did fantastically well. A day to remember
