Pink on...uh...Purple?

After eating lunch out, Lisa asked me to drive home through our small downtown, where we saw a few things. 

So, my question to her was: "What should I blip? A. The purple house. B. The new metal zebra statues. C. The inside of a tulip."

She answered, "I think you better do the purple house. That flowering tree won't last long." So, I blipped the pink on purple. OR...is it?

Is the house purple, mauve, boysenberry, lavender, lilac, periwinkle, iris, violet, grape, plum, magenta, or eggplant? Huh? Huh? Huh?

I think this is what they used to call a painted lady. Q. What would have made the picture better? A. If the car beside the house was purple, too.
