Hebridean wool
In the 1980s I made a jumper for Mr hazelh. He loved it, but unfortunately lost it. We think it may have been left at the Inchnadamph Hotel in the early 1990s.
Last night I decided that I it was about time that I knitted a replacement, so this afternoon we wandered along to the wool shop to buy yarn and a pattern. I loved this Hebridean wool on display. However, the final choice of Mr hazelh was a black flecked wool-silk mix Aran. No doubt I will blip the garment in half made-up form some time in the next few days, possibly along with cries of frustration.
Now I have to remind myself how to cast on...
