New Orleans, Day 1 of 7: Frenchman Street

After a harried morning rush to the airport, we arrived in New Orleans at 7 pm, where our recommended cab driver, Nancy, picked us up and delivered us to our bed & breakfast on Chartres Street on the edge of the French Quarter. We quick cleaned and took a short walk to crowded Frenchman Street for supper and music on the corner. Exactly what we wanted to see and do.
