Busy

Started the day with a good brunch at Toast in Leith, then some bathroom browsing...so many decisions!...before driving down to Peebles for a wander. Loved the old fashioned ironmongers shop and the rather exotic looking war memorial. A bit chilly despite mainly sunshine so we didn’t do the planned walk along the river and also passed up the early supper (since it would have been more like a late lunch) at the Horseshoe, and instead did a bit of browsing at Fort Kinnaird for a new swimming costume. Need to get my head into summer/humid weather clothes for Singapore trip soon. Also thinking about Mt&H’s birthdays soon and I have no inspiration for them!
Back for supper at my local Sardinian restaurant...delicious simple food again....and on to another very good gig in the Tradfest season at the Queen’s Hall.
After not much sleep last night I was tired when we got home so straight to bed
