FLOWERS OF THE RIDGE

There are eight turbines operating at Knabs Ridge Wind Farm
Each turbine comprises of a 58 metre tower with a 70 meter rotor diameter
The total hight of the wind turbine to the tip of the blades at their highest point is 93 metres
These German built turbines are each rated at 2 megawatts and the farm generates
Enough clean electricity to meet the average annual needs of 5500 homes.
