Handover

It is the British Champs weekend and today were the Mixed and Individual Sprints around the Bradford University Campus.   I took 1700 photos before heading out on my run which I very much enjoyed, just not very fast and a couple of minor errors. 

My blip is of a South Yorkshire team handing over, with other competitors in the pen waiting for their runners to come in from the course.
