A Bit of a Blur

That's been today. No real daylight - decided to run from home rather than meeting up for an outing on the hills. The ground is saturated and the shelter of Borsdane Wood was very welcome. The Brook is overflowing and I've never seen the weir in such condition - you'll have to take my word for this as it was so wet that I didn't risk taking a camera. This afternoon warranted setting forth on a couple of errands and so the camera came in search of a blip. A few shots of the flooded fields were taken, but this one of the cyclist and the blurred car seemed to capture the conditions.

Taken at 3.28 with my new running toy - as my old faithful Canon PowerShot G7 came to the end of its useful life a couple of weeks ago. Still the days will be slowly extending from here on in. Hope your weekend is going well despite the weather : )
