Flaky

It feels good to get going with getting the house painted again after an unintended but long hiatus. 

When the front door was painted some time in the 1980s, they didn't do good preparation, so we're sanding it, but peeling off a layer instead.  It's more satisfying and less messy too.  

The heating has started going. hmmm.
