One of those selfies....

This was actually taken yesterday evening as we were driving the Acharya down to Baddeck to listen to his talk on The Nature of Mind...i'm so glad i put my lipstick on  !

What a wonderful event it was.   There were roughly 60 folks from around Beddeck and further afield....and he talked for about 1 1/2 hours, then answered questions and finally gave some meditation instruction!

He left today to head to Sydney to do more teaching before heading back to Montreal, where he is the resident Lama for the next 2 years.  Hopefully he might come back and visit us.
