Discussion

I headed in to Dumfries town centre this afternoon and there seemed to be a bit of a buzz about the place for a change.  I came across Matt - apologies if I have got his name wrong - and he was sitting in a booth outside The Stove arts centre and cafe, waiting to discuss the subject of art, in particular public art, with anyone who was interested.  We digressed because I told him about blip and it turns out he knows someone who contributes to the site.  For once I plucked up the courage to ask for a photograph, and he agreed.
