After I wrote yesterday blip I got a phone call from the hospital to say that Keith was on his way to Eastbourne

So I was one happy bunny and another step forward for Keith I am off to see him this afternoon with a couple of his running friends

Tomorrow is the bike ride for Keith done by his biking friends xxx
