Prequel

Prequel to ‘Mother’s note’ (yesterday’s blip).
Sequel: Winkled Mother from the the pub so I could go off to the gym, but not until after she’d finished off her mandatory mixer of dry Martini and gin with separate tonic water. And, after she secured a date for afternoon tea the following day with friend she met in there.
