Film Medic

Working with medics is always fascinating. A good day means they’re bored with no patients and lots of time to chat. Heard some amazing ambulance call-out stories today.

Lifesaving really is incredible. Medic Ian told me things that would make your toes curl. We also had time for a tour of his ambulance and demo of the kit. My oxygen levels were 99% after a moment of panic while the machine warmed up and it gave a low reading.

“Oh is that not good?” I asked as Ian frowned at the machine.

“Errrr no you’d be dead if that was correct!”
