Twinkle

There is a little story behind this palm tree. There is a line of them outside of City Hall and they are all wrapped in twinkle lights. The best part about the palms is that they each come with their very own electrical outlet, dug into the ground and leaning against the very base of the tree. The saddest part about these palms is that when Ike came, the 10 feet of water destroyed all the outlets. We tried to plug them in once, but the outlets are rusted with salt water. Still, the twinkle lights stay.
