It was the DIY shop first thing for paint and some quick set concrete. We are having the lounge painted next week and we also need to set the new rotary dryer in.

I met up with my friend Maureen for lunch. We went to the local fish farm, they have a little cafe up there and do a very good Mac and cheese. They also display unusual one off pieces of art work and sculptures.

Another firm came to measure up for the bi-fold doors, he was a bit of a hard salesman, trying to sell me some Germany doors. I'm quite sure they are very well made, but he gave me the impression that I might not be able to afford them! I like value for money but won't compromise on quality, however I don't see the point in paying 3 times as much if they are only guaranteed for the same length of time as the cheaper ones. I'll decide when the quote come in next week.
