Castles in the sky...

... in Carmarthen this morning...
Called in at Narberth for a mooch and a coffee first, then moved on to Carmarthen. I have to admit the town was looking rather sad where we parked - lots of boarded up shops and banks, and rather seedy areas. Enjoyed the info at the castle though - and finding the music link:

Moved on to Brecon for another mooch - through the town for a very small sandwich as we breakfasted hugely again - and then down to the canal. We decided we were last here over 30 years ago when we had a holiday based in Abergavenny. Will have to root out the photos when we get home to pinpoint the exact year :)
Now installed at our 2nd Farmhouse B&B near Sennybridge - and somehow we appear to have completed more than 10,000 steps despite not going for a walk...
