Spring time!!

We went across to Formartines near Haddo today to meet up with my sister and her husband for lunch.
We then went for a short walk.
Does the title refer to the weather?
No way! It is more like winter today than spring - really cold and sleet/hail showers.
This swan, that was keeping his/her mate company, was trying to eat one of the leaves above him. He managed to pull it down but as soon as he tried to eat it, it sprung back up.
He tried this a few times before giving up.
