Over the fence

Continuing the fence theme my lilac has not flowered this year but this lilac flower head is my neighbours and it’s hanging over my fence. It’s very beautiful.

Another busy day.

In yoga this evening we’ve spent a lot of time twisting. I can imagine that I’ll be able to feel it in the morning.
