Lunch time run

I haven't done much exercise this week, so decided that I'm tired of having to forfeit any exercise if I'm not up at 6am to do it and went out at lunch time today.  Popped home straight after a meeting, went out for 20 minutes or so, came home, got the washing in  (total perk of living close to work!) and was back at my desk within the hour.  Worked out perfectly (if you ignore the fact I only have 30 minutes for lunch).  

Bit of a disaster at nursery, the fish the eldest went to buy on Tuesday are all 'poorly'.  Apparently the nursery had the water a bit too warm and the poor fish didn't make it through 12 hours.  Oh dear.  I'm told there are more on the way, and the water will be the correct temperature....
